1977 to 1981 Spends 3 years learning about Graphic Art. Meets J_J Deschamps.
Studies modelling at the Angers School of Art. Is awarded the young painter prize.
First exhibition at the gallery Guémard, Angers (1980). Is awarded the \"Young Painter\" prize of Angers. Travels to Great Britain, Spain, Germany, Greece.

1982- 85 Sets up in the Alpes- Maritime. Sets up ihis atelier in Vence. Exhibits permanently at the gallery Gollong (Saint-Paul-de-Vence). Exhibits in Nice, Biot, Toourrette, Vence, Angers and at the ssalons of Dallas and New York. Travels to Italy.

1986- 88 Meets Laure and Jacques Matarasso, PaulHervieu, Henri Goets who introduces him to
carborandum engraving. First engraving impressions at the atelier Rémusat. Thanks to James
Coignard, he wworks at the atelier pasnic where he meets Papart, Brisson, Lionel. Exhibits
permanently at the gallery Longchamp ( Nice). UMAM Exhibition (Nice). Travels to Tuscany.

1989- 92 Henri Goets introduces him to the Vision Nouvelle. Organization which offers him a
contract. Carries out his engraving work at the atelier \"Art Grave\" with Baviera. Meets
Hèlènon, Cottavoz, Hasegawa, Eppelè. Travels to and exhibits in Japan: Tokyo, Kobé, Wakayama, Kyoto, South Korea, Sweden, Germany. Exhibits in Switzerland,
In the United Statess, in France: Besancon, Troyes, Colmar, Bordeaux, Antibes. The galleries of Du Marais ( Paris),
L`Estampe ( Strasbourg), Raugraff ( Nancy), Vasse (Lille), start to exhibit permanently his
works. Breaks his contract whith Vision Nouvelle ( end of 1992). Meets Jean- Pierre Geay and the photographers André Villers and Aalkis Voliottis. Is selected to exhibit at the Salon
UMAM.

1993- 94 Sets up in Paris whilw keeping his atelier in Vence. Resumes his engraving work at atelier Pasnic.
Publication of \"Hors Ligne\"- an illustrated book by cComme Si and of \"Au Duvant\"- which was engraved in its entirety, whith text by J-P. Geay and published by Matarasso. Completes a series of ceramics at the atelier Olivier Roy.
First appearance of the wood- structure work. Creation of artistic floor coverings consisting of resins and rubber particles with a manufacturer specialising in floor coverings. Two retrospectives are organised: one at the Longcchamp Gallery; the other at the Château dÁubenas, entitled \"10 years of painting\".
Exhbits in the galleries of Dazy (Dijon), Ducastel(Avignon), Cupillard(Grenoble), L´Estampe (Strasbourg), Vasse (Lille9. Jaquline de Champvallins presents his works in various salons in France and abroad. Meets Piza, Steffens, Pichette; Guitet. Travels to Spain (Madrid).

1995- 97 Illustrates the books \" Somber dans l`infini\", \"Grange Marine\", \"Environs\", \"Lisiéres du possible\" : La Balance, text by J-P. Geay. Publication of engravings and of an illustrated book entitled \"La Lumiére donnée\" presented in SAGA 97 by R. & L. Dutrou. Carries out researches into \"copy- print\" whith Rank Xerrox.
Exhibits in the galleries of Addenda (Lyon), Du Théâtre ( Besancon), Longchamp (Nice), Raugraff (Nancy), S. Berna (Paris) and various salons such as SAGA, Francfurt, Düsseldorf and New York. Travels to Egypt (Louxor, Assouan).
