Hans Guradze

A descendant of a Georgian family, lived and studied fine arts and sculpture in Germany. Worked for German and Russian markets.
In his bronze sculptures, the sculptor Hans Guradze often took up Russian motifs. With fondness, he also created animal sculptures, primarily of horses. In the present work, the artist combined these two favored subject matters to conceive a dynamic work with folk character.
