Jacob \"JAC\" Edgren studied at Fine Arts in Gothenburg and in the United States. He has painted genre paintings depicting the middle class milieu in watercolor and tempera, often reproduced in the series, which had spread in the Nordic countries and in America from 1951 to 1965.
Jacob JAC Edgren studerade på Valand i Göteborg och i USA. Han har i akvarell och tempera målat genretavlor med motiv från borgerlig miljö, ofta reproducerade i serier, som fått spridning i de nordiska länderna och i Amerika. Hans vykort hade i huvudsak humoristiska motiv ur det dagliga livet utgivna genom Nordisk Konst. De flesta korten är från 1951-1965.
