Louise Nathalie Adelborg studied at the Technical School in Stockholm, as well as in France and Italy. She got her breakthrough as an artist at Rörstrand in connection with the Paris Exposition 1925.

Louise Nathalie Adelborg studerade på Tekniska skolan i Stockholm, samt i Frankrike och Italien.
Hon fick sitt genombrott som konstnär vid Rörstrand i samband med Parisutställningen 1925. Sin verkliga debut hade hon redan 1916. Med lampor, broderier och vaser. Hon använde Wasakärven som inspiration till det axmönster som kommit att förknippas med hennes Nationalservis, eller NS-servisen som hon föredrog att kalla den.
Hennes konst bildar en stil och livsform som är mycket svensk. Det är en förklaring till att hennes servis blivit en pålitlig klassiker, vald att representera Sverige i landshövdingeresidens, på slott, ambassader och inte minst i många svenska hem genom generationer.
