Wilhelm Wright von var en finsk-svensk konstnär. Bror till Magnus von Wright. De båda bröderna växte upp i Finland, men deras verksamhet tog fart i Stockholm. Wilhelm gifte sig med Maria Bildt på Orust och blev bohuslänning. Hans målningar och teckningar utmärks av den största naturtrogenhet. Bröderna Wright var under 1800-talet Europas skickligaste och mest produktiva, när det gällde att vetenskapligt avbilda olika djurarter.
