Agnes Wieslander studerade i Köpenhamn och för Carl Wilhelmson, samt i Tyskland. Hon har målat självporträtt, men mest landskap och stilleben med blommor. Motiven ofta hämtade från Hallandsåsen. Agnes Wieslander studerade i Tyskland för professor Adolf Hölzel. Hon drabbades tidigt av sjukdom som gjorde det omöjligt för henne att fortsätta måla.
