Mats Rindeskär, (Mats B), var en svensk konstnär, konstskribent och konstkritiker, uppväxt i Ludvika. Han gav ut ett 10-tal böcker från 1973 och framåt, flera av dem så kallade artists\' books. Mats B var även redaktör för, samt medverkade i ett flertal konsttidskrifter genom åren. I sina arbeten ägnade han sig framför allt åt konceptkonst och patafysik. På senare år samarbetade han med bl a Peter Johansson och Dan Wolgers.
