Oil on canvas, scenes with naked women on the beach, signed "Paul Fischer", size 53x61 cm. The painting was for sale at an online auction house in Stockholm, Sweden in August 2014. The staff contacted police when they suspected that it was a forgery. The painting was seized. Upon questioning the seller said he bought the painting in Finland from a sales site, he then paid 400 euros but got no receipt! Court decision: Examination and expert judgment showed that the painting was a forgery. The painting is forfeited.

Oil on canvas glued on panel, title: walkers in Copenhagen, signed "Paul Fischer", 50x61 cm. The painting was submitted to a major auction house in Stockholm for sale, Estimated 200000-300000 SEK. At the auction house was one suspicious of the painting's authenticity and called the police who took the painting seized for further investigation. The painting had been sold, twice, by an auction house in Oslo for NOK 14 760 respectively. 34 000 NOK. Later, it has come to Sweden. The painting has been presented to experts in Denmark and Sweden and has been condemned as counterfeit and therefore forfeited. The painting is very similar to other forgeries by Paul Fischer seized by Danish police and that you can see below. Probably it has been performed by the same forger, Elena Ivannikova who for a time lived in Copenhagen and made large quantities of counterfeits of Danish and Norwegian artists, many of them were transported to Oslo for sale.

Note particularly the two women standing with towels, they are identical but reversed. By utilizing elements of Paul Fischer's original works have forger intentionally tried to lull potential buyers into believing that these are original works by Paul Fischer.
